Brian Crower 35.65mm Intake Valve
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to guarantee accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. Every BC camshaft profile is prototyped and dyno-tested to verify horsepower results before being put into production. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass the cost savings on to the end user. Quality at an affordable price. Every BC cam is checked with high-speed measuring gauges with sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, taking one data point every 1/10th of a degree—3,600 data points per revolution—with 0.01-micron resolution. This model measures camshafts for lift error and chatter marks and can measure 200 parts per hour.
