If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. ○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Please check the contents of your package as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacements if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items that arrived damaged, are defective, or are different from what you ordered. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support is handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
