〇Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us; our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If an order is placed without prior confirmation of compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our homepage, this does not guarantee a direct fitment for Japanese market models without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. Due to potential ambiguities in translation, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with Japan’s vehicle inspection standards (Shaken), and we are unable to provide structural strength reports or other documentation for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "off-road, circuit, or private property use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for any product sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors within Japan.
