〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At Shafto-ya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Compatibility Check
All product databases are based on North American market vehicles (USDM). Please verify whether they can be installed on Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee fitment on Japanese models without modifications.
All product descriptions are translated into Japanese using software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery dates in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Basically, all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system (Shaken)," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we cannot provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
