Technical Notes:
There is a reason our Cobra Cold Air Intake System is always talked about and highly rated. Our CNC-machined billet aluminum MAF housing is designed to provide factory-spec fuel trims (*within -4% of factory STFT and LTFT) for optimal drivability and performance. The Cobra CAI utilizes a 4-inch volume from the air filter to the MAF housing, with two different MAF housing options available: Standard Bore and Big Bore. Both housings utilize the factory MAF sensor, but have two different diameters; as mentioned, the Standard Bore housing is designed to provide factory-spec fuel trims without any tuning, while the Big Bore housing provides 50% more airflow compared to the Standard Bore housing. This is why tuning is required. This massive airflow reduces pumping losses and creates an unrestricted air path to feed ambient temperature air into the MAF housing.

〇Checking Compatibility
All of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In that case, we will contact you individually by email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all the products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation sheets for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
