〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
On our shop site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM); please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee fitment on Japanese-model vehicles without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. If there are confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check lead times. All products are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
Products handled by us are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to packaging or products. For products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered, we will handle returns, refunds, or replacements only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty handling is provided "only through us." We do not provide warranty support through other companies or agents located within Japan.
