○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. All products are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for "track, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally, there may occasionally be damage to packaging or items during transit. We will only accept returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies within Japan regarding these matters.
