At Shaftoya, we cover the import consumption taxes incurred during customs clearance, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
Our product database is primarily based on North American (USDM) specifications. Please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese (JDM) models before ordering. (If you are unsure if the listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility issues.
Please note that even if you have filtered products by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee a direct fit for Japanese-model vehicles without modifications.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to verify the estimated arrival date. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection" standards, and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself may occasionally occur. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt regarding items that arrived damaged, are defective, or are incorrect. Please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support is handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
