Our Nissan Skyline RB20DET RB20 cast intake manifold is robust and clean.
Featuring a complete 2-piece cast construction, the cast runners leading into the plenum chamber are investment cast aluminum, allowing them to withstand over 100 psi of boost without expanding or cracking under extreme conditions like sheet metal aluminum intake manifolds.
We can offer these in various configurations.
Customization & add-ons available
- Custom throttle body flange (if required), please specify at checkout
- IACV flange on the bottom (Idle Air Control Valve) -for anti-lag or cable throttle
- Vacuum port placement (top or bottom of tank)
- Throttle cable bracket (if required)
- Plenum tank finish (sandblasted, brushed, or polished)
- Optional color powder coating for the manifold plenum tank (additional charge of $199 + GST)
- Fuel rail available for $289 + GST, matched for 11mm or 14mm injectors.
- New steel water pipe set - a simple bolt-on solution, professionally fabricated and TIG welded. $199 + GST

The factory water pipe can be bolted onto these with some modifications, so it can be installed, but you will need to make changes to this piping system. Alternatively, we can also provide a brand-new assembled water pipe setup.
Our water pipe kit, provided at an additional cost, is designed to fit our manifold. The clearance for the water pipe setup on the engine water outlet pipe is very tight, and you may need to shorten or modify the factory outlet pipe. This can be done very easily if you have basic skills.
