Manley BMW N55/S55 37cc Platinum Series Dish Piston Set
Manley pistons are machined from high-strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to ensure a long service life. An offset wrist pin design is used for quiet start-up. Our proprietary "one-fixture" manufacturing process ensures perfect ring groove-to-skirt squareness, maximizing horsepower. All pistons feature moly-coated skirts. Total Seal round wire locks, premium chromoly wrist pins, and premium steel top ring sets are included in all kits at no extra charge. Recommended clearance: 0.0035 inches measured 0.850 inches from the bottom of the oil ring groove.

If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery dates in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Road Legal/Shaken Compliance
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Shaken (vehicle inspection) standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or products. For items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from your order, we will handle returns, refunds, or replacements only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle correspondence through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
