As our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles, please confirm whether the products are compatible with your Japanese (JDM) vehicle before placing an order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will look into it for you.)
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming compatibility first.
Additionally, please be aware that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Furthermore, all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
