HPS stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamp 4.25" - 4.57" (108mm - 116mm) for 4" ID hose provides high strength and 360-degree sealing. The added spring is designed to automatically adjust the clamp diameter to compensate for hose expansion and contraction due to temperature or pressure fluctuations. HPS spring-loaded clamps are reusable. Engineered to meet or exceed SAE J1508 specifications for T-bolt clamps. The clamp features a floating bridge and rolled edges to protect soft hoses. The lock nut has a nylon insert to prevent backing off. Tighten with a 7/16" socket wrench. HPS constant tension T-bolt clamps are widely used in Charge Air Cooler (CAC) systems, aircraft, automotive, heavy-duty trucks, industrial, hardware/plumbing, and marine applications. ○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automatically calculated amount. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
