Upper Control Arms (UCAs) are considered the first step in a mid-travel truck build, unlocking a vehicle's off-road performance on harsh terrain. Our engineers evaluated the suspension geometry and optimized the UCAs for the target vehicle. Lifting a vehicle disrupts OEM alignment specifications and results in excessive caster, but FOX UCAs provide the necessary corrections to maintain proper vehicle alignment while securing more travel and maximizing off-road articulation. The added caster reduces wandering at high speeds, providing the driver with greater peace of mind. You will experience precise and comfortable handling even on rougher roads and trails.

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of Compatibility
Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese model vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our top page tabs, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All items are transported by air freight. They will not be shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your products. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
