〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American market vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our home page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As some expressions may be confusing, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. All products are transported via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength study reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your package. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, packaging and products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for items that are damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
