2019 STI / 2018 STI Type RA SF Intake Airbox by Cobb Tuning
This intake airbox is constructed from 16-gauge aluminum and consists of a one-piece surround, directional lid, stainless steel hardware, and all components necessary for a seamless installation with OEM-quality fit and finish.
The SF Intake Airbox adds the benefits of a cold air intake to the excellent performance of the SF Intake. The factory air inlet directs cold air from the front grille into the SF Intake Airbox, which surrounds the SF Intake. It prevents hot engine bay air, which robs horsepower, from entering the intake system, providing stable intake performance. Additionally, this unique design separates rainwater from the intake, eliminating the water ingestion issues that plague cold air intakes located in the fender.
This SF Intake Airbox kit includes a new Subaru OEM air duct that supplies fresh air directly to the airbox from behind the grille. This duct is mandatory for compatibility with the 2018 STI Type RA and 2019 STI.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model on the tabs of our home page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times beforehand. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packing boxes or products. We will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, we provide warranty support "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
