Chase Bays Raw Aluminum -20AN ORB Weld-On Adapter
Chase Bays designed and manufactured this adapter to fit radiators and inline filler necks, both of which are designed using -20AN O-Ring Boss (ORB) connections. This allows both products to have modular inlet/outlet types.
This product is machined from 6061 aluminum and left as raw aluminum for easy fabrication. It is made to adapt a -20AN ORB female component to an aluminum opening with a 1.25-inch inner diameter (such as factory water necks, thermostat housings, etc.).

If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese vehicle models without modification.

○ About Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ About Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ About Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, we will only handle warranty issues "through us." We do not handle issues through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
