Before Ordering

〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At Shafutoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles. Please verify compatibility with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
Returns due to incompatibility will not be accepted if the order was placed without confirming compatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air. They will not be shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements if you notify us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
