At Shaftoya, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on behalf of the customer. Therefore, there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles. Please verify compatibility with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model from the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean it will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be automatically calculated by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please order with ample time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength analysis documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on circuits, private land, or off-road, and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. In the case of shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered, we will handle returns, refunds, or replacements only if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related matters will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
