TiAL MVS Wastegate - TiAL Sport 38mm V-Band External Wastegate
The MV-S 38mm unit is much more compact than its predecessor, the F38, with a height of only 3.7 inches. The V-band flanges make installation easy, and the three bottom and two top air ports make connecting your pressure source and boost controller a breeze!
TiAL MVS Features
- The valve utilizes a high-temperature NiCrFe based alloy, and the 347SS valve housing offers longer product life compared to competing designs.
- High-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm.
- 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator springs provide consistent pressure at high temperatures and resist "relaxation" at temperatures up to 900 °F (483 °C).
- Nitronic 60 stainless steel is used for the valve seat and valve bushing.
- All stainless steel hardware.
- The mating weld flanges are 304L.
- Color anodized aluminum actuator (Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, Black).
- Three bottom ports and two top ports for easy installation, with no need to rotate the actuator top at all. Plugs are included for unused ports.
- Ultra-compact design that fits in very tight spaces. The unit is only 3.7 inches tall, more compact than any other external wastegate currently on the market.
- V-band inlet and outlet make installation easy, and flanges and clamps are included in the box.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or the like for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to packaging boxes or products during delivery. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with delivery damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand this policy. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
