2006-2011 Honda Civic Si Cold Air Intake by Skunk2 Racing
Skunk2 leveraged its years of technical partnership and experience with championship-winning Compass360 Racing to develop the Skunk2 Composite Cold Air Intake for the 2006-11 Civic Si. The result is an intake system that offers maximum performance and the best fitment possible.
Skunk2's cold air intake is manufactured from molded polymer plastic. When compared to aluminum, the thicker polymer material provides superior heat insulation, resulting in lower intake air temperatures. Each kit includes a 3.5-inch inner diameter lower tube and a 3.5-inch to 3.0-inch tapered upper tube that connects to the factory throttle body using high-quality silicone connectors (larger diameter connectors for use with Skunk2 throttle bodies are sold separately). The two-piece design and included MAF sensor adapter allow for compatibility with vehicles using the stock ECU. For vehicles equipped with aftermarket engine management systems that do not use a MAF sensor, a silicone coupler featuring a smooth, tapered transition between the two tubes is also included.
Skunk2's design positions the air filter downward, providing approximately 2 inches of additional ground clearance compared to competitors' designs that position the air filter from the side. Combined with a design that does not require cutting or modifying the factory fender liner, this significantly reduces the possibility of water entering the intake in wet conditions.
Each cold air intake kit includes relocation hardware for the battery, ECU, fuse box, and coolant reservoir tank, as well as high-quality stainless steel clamps and mounting hardware. Unlike other intake systems, only Skunk2’s unique design and bracket can retain the OEM battery. A specially shaped silicone upper radiator hose is also included in each kit to ensure maximum clearance and proper fitment of the intake tube.

Before Ordering
〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf; therefore, there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
All of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese domestic vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean it will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping fee and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; they will not be shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing boxes or products. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from the order if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
