About Thermalnator Intake Gaskets
Thermalnator is a unique high-temperature shielding gasket that replaces the stock intake manifold gasket. The cooling properties of the Thermalnator gasket reduce heat by stopping the metal-to-metal contact between the intake manifold and the engine block. Using a Thermalnator gasket reduces the heat of the air entering the engine, resulting in an increase of up to 5% in power.
Using a Thermalnator gasket allows your intake manifold to act like an intercooler. Because the manifold is no longer being heated by the cylinder head, heat from the incoming air is dissipated through the aluminum very quickly. The basic formula is that for every 5°F reduction in intake air temperature, air density increases by 1%. Higher air density results in more horsepower.
Average testing shows a 25-degree reduction, with some applications seeing a drop of up to 35 degrees. This is why the Thermalnator gasket is an excellent upgrade for both stock and modified vehicles.

As our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not parts can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight. No items are shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, and off-road" use, and installation and usage are at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases where shipping boxes or products sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items for damaged, defective, or incorrect products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other third-party companies or agencies located within Japan.
