Made from S45C steel tubing, these rods feature dual 3-piece Teflon-lined pillow ball rod ends. Rubber dust boots are included to maintain the durability of the rod ends. ○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order. If you are in a rush, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Please note that all items are shipped via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide structural study documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, and off-public road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. For items with shipping damage, defects, or items different from your order, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, we handle all warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." Please be aware that we do not facilitate correspondence through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
