If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when placing your order. If you are in a rush, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported via air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength inspection reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Warranty Information
Please check the contents of your package as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. We will provide returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other third-party companies or agencies located within Japan.
