If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-market vehicle models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar items for the purpose of such inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products that differ from your order. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will handle all warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
