Skunk2 is proud to announce its all-new Alpha Series Header for the Honda D-series engine. Skunk2’s Alpha Series Header is patterned after our already popular and dyno-proven MegaPower Header, and utilizes many of the same design characteristics and technology. Skunk2’s Alpha Series Header for VTEC and non-VTEC D-series engines delivers Skunk2 performance, industry-leading customer service, and a comprehensive warranty policy, all at a price point comparable to budget headers.All Skunk2 Alpha headers are designed and engineered to maximize exhaust flow and increase both horsepower and torque throughout the powerband. Each Skunk2 Alpha Series Header features equal-length, sequential-paired, stepped primaries in a 4-2-1 tri-Y design, which terminates in a true merged collector with a 2.5-inch outlet. Skunk2’s Alpha Header also includes 02 bungs for both OEM and aftermarket sensors. Each header is constructed from stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing for increased strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. The Skunk2 Alpha D-series header also includes a donut gasket and an exhaust flange weldment, which can be used as an option to weld the Alpha header to an aftermarket exhaust. These features, combined with Skunk2’s unique design specifications, provide an exceptionally broad powerband applicable to a wide range of engine sizes and configurations. Alpha Series headers also feature specific primary tube sizing to achieve optimal overall and peak power output. By tuning the primary tube diameter, Skunk2 is able to maintain the highest possible exhaust gas velocity throughout the header, significantly improving mid-range power and throttle response. Skunk2’s Alpha Series Header offers the perfect combination of top-end power without sacrificing mid-range performance or throttle response. The Alpha header pairs perfectly with the Kraftwerks D-series supercharger kit and includes all the clearance necessary for an excellent fit.

All product databases are based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM). Please check whether the item is compatible with Japanese vehicle specifications (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping cost estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may rarely be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.

All products are fundamentally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.

○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Products handled by our company are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system" in any way, and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or the like for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
