If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our top page, it does not guarantee that the product will fit Japanese market models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. Please be aware that there may be confusing expressions, and if you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. For shipping cost estimates, the amount will be automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength analysis reports or similar documentation for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, use on private property, or off-road use." Installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product. For items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items, we will accept returns, provide refunds, or offer replacements only if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
