The 71-inch wide GTC-500 carbon fiber adjustable wing is the largest wing available in the APR catalog. Featuring an optimized 3D airfoil shape, the GTC-500 is perfect for high-speed touring applications, providing a substantial amount of downforce without causing excessive drag. All GTC series wings feature aerodynamically designed 3D airfoils to achieve an optimal balance of downforce. This design allows for an ideal level of downforce while reducing air resistance. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed on this wing to support the validation of the aerodynamic design.
Each airfoil in the GTC series is constructed from lightweight and durable Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils contain pre-impregnated carbon fiber woven sheets for superior strength and weight reduction. All CFRP airfoils are manufactured using pre-impregnated composite manufacturing processes (such as high-temperature autoclaves and vacuum bagging) in high-quality billet aluminum molds.
Supporting the wing are 10mm "aircraft-grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals with a flat black powder coat finish.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare instances where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we carry are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through our company."
