Designed for Husqvarna TE and TX models, this kit includes a regulator/rectifier that converts your bike's AC power to DC, allowing for plug-and-play installation with the factory harness. Inspired by the performance of the XL80, the XL40 delivers 5,224 lumens of trail-proven illumination to a wider range of bikes. It is engineered for dirt bikes with low-output factory stators, drawing only 43.5W—a powerful upgrade without a heavy electrical load.
By pairing it with our signature XL trail lens, the XL40 creates a beam pattern that provides both vertical and horizontal coverage, resulting in excellent near-field and peripheral visibility. The trail lens redistributes intensity from the center beam, eliminating harsh hotspots. This improves visibility for vertical transitions, steep elevation changes, and tight corners. The result is a smooth, evenly distributed light that provides confidence on even the most rugged terrain.

At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf. Therefore, you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

Our entire product database is based on North American market vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit for Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. An estimate of the shipping cost will be calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the estimated delivery date in advance. All items are transported via air freight. We do not use sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Generally, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation sheets for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "only through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
