Pro Intake Manifold - EVO VIII-IX - Black
The intake manifold solution that Evo VIII-IX street enthusiasts have been waiting for has arrived. Designed with the "street enthusiast" in mind who wants more power without sacrificing mid-range performance while using a turbocharger as small as the factory unit, the Skunk2 Evo Pro Series Intake Manifold features Skunk2's signature Black Series finish. Skunk2’s all-new cast aluminum Evo Pro Series Intake Manifold, tested and developed on the company's own Evo Time Attack race car, is a direct-fit replacement that delivers significant horsepower and torque gains without sacrificing mid-range output.
Traditional large-plenum, short-runner intake manifolds provide top-end power gains but cause problems in the mid-range. Not Skunk2's. The all-new Pro Series Intake Manifold features OEM-length runners with larger bores and a special tapered design, along with a larger tapered plenum, which increase and accelerate airflow while maintaining mid-range power to achieve significant top-end gains.
When combined with a Pro Series Throttle Body, peak gains as high as 33+ whp are realized, with good results across the board starting from as low as 3,200 rpm. Additionally, the Pro Series Intake Manifold features thicker castings compared to OEM parts, allowing plenty of room for porting, and each runner outlet is machined and hand-finished to best match the cylinder head ports. The Pro Series Intake Manifold’s unique design can increase wave scavenging effects in the engine's ideal operating range, significantly increasing usable power.
Skunk2's Evo Pro Series Intake Manifold is a simple bolt-on. Unlike other intake manifolds, Skunk2 incorporates the factory configuration, leaving the throttle body in its original position so that the original intercooler piping and hoses can be reused. The Pro Series Intake Manifold also includes the necessary provisions for the Evo's brake booster line, MDP sensor, and vacuum accessories (excluding the EGR valve), and incorporates two additional 1/8" NPT threaded ports that can be used for any number of vacuum/boost-related devices (gauges, boost controllers, etc.). Each manifold is equipped with plugs and fittings, as well as a dipstick relocator.
Skunk2 is a well-known name in the intake manifold business, with over 10 years of experience in designing, testing, and building them. Like the OEM manifold, Skunk2's Pro Series Intake Manifold is shell-molded from 356 aluminum and CNC-machined for superior strength, precise fitment, and a high-quality finish, and is tested for vacuum quality. Each manifold is molded for a smooth transition from the throttle body opening to the plenum and runners, features clean parting lines for an optimal finish both inside and out, and bears the genuine Skunk2 nameplate.

Before Ordering
〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
Since all of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not they can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatic shipping calculation may occasionally differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
The products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Regarding products sold through us, please understand that we will only handle warranty-related matters "through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
