At Shaftoya, we cover any import duties incurred during the import process, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
All of our product databases are based on North American (USDM) vehicles. Please verify compatibility with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us, and our support team will assist you.)
We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you order without confirming fitment beforehand.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee that the products will fit Japanese market models without modification.
All product descriptions are translated using software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address at the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7-14 days, so please allow ample time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)" standards, and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, and off-road" only; please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents of your package immediately upon delivery. As all items are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and products may occasionally sustain damage during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all warranty claims for items sold through us must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide warranty support through other third-party companies or agencies within Japan.
