Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) system," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the purpose of the Japanese vehicle inspection system.
