○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery dates. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certification for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.

Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for all products sold through us, warranty claims must be handled "exclusively through us."
