We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order is placed without prior confirmation of fitment.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting your year, make, and model on our homepage, it does not guarantee a direct fit on Japanese models without modification.

○Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatic calculation and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you via email separately.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Shaken standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or other certifications required for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "track, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○Warranty Policy
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and products may occasionally suffer shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that all warranty support for products sold through our company must be handled directly through us. We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
