Introducing the 6boost "Low Clearance" Chromoly Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit (M10x1.25 - 5/16" UNF), part of our premium 6boost range. Precision CNC-machined in Australia, these exhaust manifold fasteners are designed to provide a high-quality solution for tight spaces.

Made from durable chromoly material, these studs feature rolled threads for maximum strength and reliability. Originally designed for 40nb 1JZ and 2JZ manifolds where nut proximity to the runners is a challenge, they are also versatile enough to fit any M10 fine thread application requiring additional clearance. They are perfect for awkward spots such as the underside studs on standard style 1JZ and 2JZ manifolds. They also work on all RB20DET, RB25DET, and RB30ET manifolds.

  • 12x Chromoly exhaust manifold studs, 38mm length (M10x1.25 - 5/16" UNF).
  • 12x ARP 5/16-24 12pt nuts 8740 chromoly (Socket size: 3/8 12pt).
  • 12x ARP washers 8740 chromoly 5/16" x .655 x .075 (ID x OD x thickness).
