At Shafto-ya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Compatibility Check
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on Japanese specification (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will check for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your shipping address. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we cannot provide structural review documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, and off-road" only; please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain damage during delivery. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with delivery damage, defective items, or items different from what you ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or agents located in Japan.
