K-Tuned Upper Coolant Housing with Integrated Filler
This is the K-Tuned Upper Coolant Housing. Applicable to both K20 and K24 engines, these housings offer several unique advantages over the stock unit. The hose outlet on the K-Tuned housing swivels slightly, allowing for about 15 degrees of angle adjustment. This is helpful compared to the factory fixed outlet, which always seems to put the upper radiator hose directly in the path of the intake piping. There are three hose outlet options to accommodate any radiator hose setup. Choose the standard 1.25" rad hose outlet for use with regular rubber or silicone rad hoses. Switch to the optional 12AN or 16AN fittings to use upgraded hoses and fittings, also available from K-Tuned.
We also designed an optional filler neck that can be used to move the radiator cap to a high point on the engine itself. The new location is the highest point of the cooling system and allows air pockets to easily escape during the coolant bleeding process. The optional filler neck is also available in standard 1.25" hose or 12AN and 16AN sizes and is designed for use with an OEM 92-00 Honda Civic radiator cap. This part is very useful for engines that already have a bad reputation for coolant bleeding.
The K-Tuned Upper Coolant Housing complements our swivel neck thermostat and water pump block-off plate. All these parts allow for plenty of options for custom and racing engine cooling setups.

Installation Notes

- Depending on the size of the turbo and manifold, there may be fitment issues with turbo setups
- This will not work on K24Z series and K24Y series engines

If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In that case, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese delivery, international delivery takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, and off-road," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packaging box or the product itself. We will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with delivery damage, defective items, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "only through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
