The K-Tuned Adjustable EP3 Pulley Kit is a new addition to our ever-growing lineup of parts. This simple yet highly useful piece has been in development for some time and was designed to solve the belt tension issues associated with K-series accessories. Previously, those who chose to use the factory Honda EP3 idler pulley encountered issues where the accessory belt would be either too tight or too loose. This is because the original factory EP3 idler is fixed and non-adjustable. The K-Tuned EP3 Pulley Kit allows users to correct the length of the accessory belt through manual adjustment, maintaining tension within the perfect service window. This is especially useful as belts stretch over time. In K24 / K20 engine combos, the adjustment feature of this part is even more appreciated, as these setups involve mixing parts. For some swaps, such as swapping a K24 engine into an 06-09 Civic, some people are starting to use smaller K20 crank pulleys to correct the accessory belt length.
Unlike the very popular A/C and P/S eliminator pulley kits that relocate the alternator, the K-Tuned EP3 Pulley Kit allows you to keep your air conditioning if you so desire. However, by default, the kit is sold with a belt of the correct length to remove the A/C. Available for all K20 and K24 engines. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Regarding shipping estimates, they will be calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the amount calculated by the automatic shipping calculator may rarely differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In that case, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air. They will not be shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot issue documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off public roads," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. Please understand that we will only respond to returns, refunds, or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what you ordered. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
