Chase Bays 5/8" Hose Barb to -10AN Adapter
Chase Bays designed this 5/8" (0.625") hose barb to -10AN adapter for when converting all power steering kits from the reservoir to the -10AN on the pump. Some power steering pumps, and many BMWs, do not have a removable adapter for the feed hose. Push-on hose connections fortunately feature a barb/bead. This design utilizes a roll/small swage on the end to sandwich a Viton O-ring, creating a reliable seal.
This adapter is machined from 6061 aluminum, bead-blasted, finished in our signature Chase Bays UV-resistant hard anodized black, and finally laser-etched with the Chase Bays logo and part number. The O-ring is made of Viton for superior chemical and heat resistance.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation reports or similar documents for the purpose of Japanese inspections. Consequently, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes or the products themselves may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please understand that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
