Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility

Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections. Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that shipping damage may occur to the packaging or the product itself. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacement products only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged items, defective products, or items different from what you ordered. Please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
