〇Confirmation of Fitment
Our product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please verify whether the product is compatible with Japanese models (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If an order is placed without verifying fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product appears after sorting by year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee a direct, unmodified fit for Japanese market vehicles.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. Due to potential ambiguities in language, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All items are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Our products are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at the customer's own risk.
○ Warranty Policy
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, there is a possibility of damage to the shipping box or the product during transit. We will only process returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
