In the early 1970s, racing enthusiast Gary Holzapfel realized that many of his friends' broken engines were being caused by fastener failure. At the time, there were no commercially available studs or bolts that could handle this challenge. So, drawing on his many years of experience manufacturing fasteners for a major aerospace subcontractor, Holzapfel founded ARP (Automotive Racing Products). In the years that followed, the company grew from what was literally a backyard garage operation into a highly diversified manufacturer with seven entities in Southern California totaling over 200,000 square feet. These include forging, heat treating, machining, quality control finishing, and packaging/warehousing facilities in Santa Paula and Ventura, California.

If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model on our top page, this does not necessarily guarantee a direct, bolt-on fit for Japanese market models.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Road Legal Compliance (Shaken)
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with Japan's "Shaken" (vehicle inspection) system, and we cannot provide strength inspection reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and you are responsible for their installation and use.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, regarding products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
