ARB's Under Vehicle Protection (UVP) panels are designed to protect critical underbody components such as the steering, engine sump, transmission, and transfer case. Laser-cut, press-formed, and folded from 3mm thick steel, the ARB UVP provides exceptional strength. The ARB UVP for the Ford Bronco consists of four carefully engineered panels. The front, sump, transmission, and transfer case panels bolt directly to the chassis, providing continuous underbody protection from the front bumper to the rear of the transfer case. Each UVP panel includes return edges to increase the strength of the 3mm panels. To maintain the strength and protection required of the ARB UVP, the panels must be removed and reinstalled during full vehicle servicing to allow access to drain plugs and other service points. This provides an opportunity to inspect for damage, dirt, and foreign object accumulation. The second panel features a removable insert, allowing for engine oil drainage only. ARB's UVP can be installed with or without an ARB front bumper. Compatibility with other bumper designs has not been verified.
