Overview
The genuine PCV system equipped as standard on modern turbo engines recirculates blow-by gas from the crankcase to the intake side to meet exhaust emission regulations.
However, left as is, oil mist, fuel components, and moisture can accumulate in the intake manifold, causing carbon buildup on the intake valves. This can lead to a decrease in octane rating and engine knocking.
The PRL Helix Air Oil Separator effectively separates and removes these impurities, keeping your intake system clean at all times and providing a smoother, more comfortable intake feel than the factory setup.
The key feature of the PRL AOS (Air Oil Separator) is its proprietary helix design. It creates a powerful centrifugal force within the canister to separate heavier particles like oil, fuel, and moisture to the outer wall, ensuring they are collected at the bottom.
The filtered air is returned to the intake system, supporting stable closed-loop control and fuel trim. It is easy to disassemble and clean, and periodic draining is recommended based on usage.
Designed and manufactured in-house. The 6061-T6 billet aluminum canister is highly precise and durable, available in a black or silver hard-anodized finish.
The 304 stainless steel laser-cut and CNC-machined mounting bracket is sturdy and precise. Equipped with reinforced NBR hoses, billet aluminum fittings, a check valve, and chemically resistant Viton O-rings, it boasts the same reliability and durability as genuine components.

○ Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
○ Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you order without confirming compatibility first.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," and you are responsible for their installation and use.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support is handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
