*Note: Currently, orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may take 3–4 weeks to ship. If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once they are in stock. Once Baja Designs stock is secured, the lights will be shipped together with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate order. 〇 About Import Taxes
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. No items are shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for defective products or incorrect items only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
