Cobb Tuning Lower Intercooler Hard Pipe Kit
As with all intercooler hard pipe kits, the factory rubber hose to the intercooler is replaced with a solid pipe to eliminate distortion under boost. However, the devil is in the details, and the similarities end there. The Cobb Tuning EVO X lower intercooler hard pipe kit consists of a single-piece pipe made from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. This eliminates welds in the pipe from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body, as well as unsightly mid-pipe silicone hose couplings that could obstruct flow or blow off under boost. The pipe diameter has been increased from the factory 2.375 inches to 2.5 inches (63.5mm) for further improved flow. The kit includes high-quality Cobb Tuning silicone hose couplings and heavy-duty T-bolt hose clamps, eliminating embarrassing hose blow-offs that can occur when getting the most out of your EVO X.

If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty claims "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
