Winters Performance Gear Set for 10-Spline Quick Change Rear End (Set 05 / 24x25 Teeth)
Winters quick change gears are high-quality gears built to withstand high output and high torque; they are manufactured from SAE8620 alloy steel, precision-machined, and subjected to high-strength heat treatment.
A wide variety of gear sets is available, allowing you to adjust and tune your final gear ratio according to circuit layout, tire diameter, and other factors.
With a quick change rear end, you can set two types of gear ratios (High/Low) using a single gear set by swapping the top and bottom gears as shown in the photo below.
The final gear ratio depends on the initial setting of the ring and pinion gear in your quick change differential housing, so please verify in advance whether your differential ratio is 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86. (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set.)

Before Ordering
〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaft-ya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Verification of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American specification vehicles (USDM), so please verify whether parts will fit Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the U.S. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective items, or items different from what was ordered if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, support regarding warranties is handled "only through us." We do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
