〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaft-ya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
Please note that if you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Additionally, please be aware that even if products are filtered by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit for Japanese market vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, for large items like body parts, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such instances, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. Note that all items are transported by air; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases where packaging or products sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for all products sold through our company, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other domestic Japanese companies or agencies for support.
