When ordering a light package, lights may ship separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate once they are in stock. Once we catch up on Baja Designs stock levels, lights will ship together with the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate orders. Before Ordering

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles, so please check whether installation is possible on Japanese (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

〇 Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They will not be shipped by sea freight.

〇 Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.

〇 Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
