○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the lead time beforehand. All products are transported via air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports. Therefore, all parts are sold for "track, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items.
