We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order is placed without confirming compatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Generally, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty service will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide services through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
